I figured I'd test this app, its ok, but I'm still laughing about the person who said navy seals are using this instead of goggles, because we know a tablet wouldn't be in the way of them holding their weapons, and they definitely wouldn't be too bright to where the enemy can see the light from the screen. But as for the quality I give 2 stars because it might be useful for the fake thermal effect, and the night vision effect looks pretty good to, but it won't work in a real night time situation.
